2. FENIX YouTube Operator

1. Scope. FENIX YouTube Operator is an internal tool of FÉNIX STUDIO, used only by the channel owner to manage the channel's own content. It is not offered to the public.
2. YouTube Terms of Service. The Operator uses YouTube API Services. By using the Operator, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
3. Privacy. Use of the Operator is subject to the Privacy Policy and to the Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
4. Permitted actions. The Operator only uploads the channel's own videos as private, applies approved metadata, thumbnails, captions and playlists, schedules publication after the owner's explicit approval, and reads the channel's analytics. It does not delete content, moderate or reply to comments, or change channel settings or branding.
5. Revocation. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
